Provision of Services

Candlelight Strategies individualizes our approach and can provide services across a variety of modalities. Programs know themselves best and Candlelight Strategies seeks to work in partnership with clients, drawing on existing strengths and knowledge.

Onsite Engagements

In-person support focused on collaboration, observation, and field-level work.

• Monitoring preparation and follow-up, including mock reviews.

• Leadership and management retreats.

• Site-level observations and opportunities for improvement.

Training and Technical Assistance

Capacity building and targeted learning sessions designed to strengthen understanding and application of requirements and best practices.

• Virtual and/or in-person single or multi-session training series.

• Small group consultation and facilitated work sessions.

• Development and implantation of corrective action plans.

Virtual Consultation and Facilitation

Remote support provided through scheduled meetings, work sessions, and/or facilitated discussions. Inquire for ongoing advisory and/or retainer opportunities.

• Leadership advisory meetings

• Monitoring readiness discussions

• CQI work sessions

Document Review and Written Feedback

Independent review and actionable feedback for program documents, such as grant applications, program policies and procedures, governance by-laws, program goals and objectives, and internal monitoring reports.

We can also provide a flexible, hybrid approach -

a combination of both virtual and onsite support!

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements may include conference sessions or leadership forum presentations on early childhood systems, monitoring readiness, organizational capacity, and continuous quality improvement.
